Suspension of uploads to the NTR from 30 June 2025.

We are suspending uploads to the National Teaching Repository with effect from 30 June 2025.

Sadly, we have not been able to secure external funding to continue the NTR at present. We have, therefore, taken the difficult decision to stop taking in new material from 30th June 2025.

The resources in the NTR remain accessible. You can view all NTR resources on Figshare.

The NTR is hosted and managed by Edge Hill University and we are exploring possible options to build on the fantastic work started by the NTR. But we are unable to manage and curate uploads in the meantime. Any information about new opportunities for making your educational resources available will be posted on the Edge Hill website.

How do you use the National Teaching Repository?

Have you shared your teaching aid, game or lesson plan in the NTR? Have you found a helpful resource in the NTR that made an impact on your teaching? Can you spare 5 minutes to fill in our questionnaire?

We are interested in how people use the NTR and understanding its impact in the UK and across the globe. Please tell us how you learned about the NTR and its resources, and how you have used them. We are also keen to hear your ideas and suggestions for improvements!

You can access the questionnaire here. This research project is led by Dr Nathalie Tasler, University of Glasgow (nathalie.tasler@glasgow.ac.uk)
